About Us

Preston Smith, the Principal Owner, has a graduate degree in Public Administration with specialization in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Missouri with an undergraduate degree in Journalism also from the University of Missouri, the top journalism school in the country.

 

His statistical emphasis is in advanced analysis techniques including factor analysis, cluster analysis, linear regression and conjoint analysis.  His work in journalism was nationally recognized for outstanding agriculture reporting.  One investigative series he wrote as chief Washington D.C. correspondent on Capitol Hill and the White House was used as a basis for U.S. Senate hearings on government fraud and waste.
